About staff: Checking-in experience (we arrived about 5pm) is a brand new for me: Three times the lady told me (I went to her and ask) to wait for seconds (she said she will contact the room keeper to see if the room is ready, but waited about one hour without getting any positive response). I then went for dinner outside (put all luggages back to car again) and came back at about 8pm. At that time I got the room key). Never got such experience for my hotel check-in in many years.

Upon both check in and check out, no one was anywhere to be found for 10+ minutes. It seems like the front desk staff take breaks and just disappear, leaving no one to man the desk. Staff was odd, not friendly, and it was just not a pleasant experience customer service wise. The hotel was pretty dated. Would not stay here again.

My Versace black sun glasses with tiny lions on both sides were missing from my room . They cost me $150.00 on sale.

The signage out front not clear. There are two hotels together Check in staff not very professional. Not a pleasant greeting from any staff member

My biggest complaint is that there were bugs(roaches) in the first room we were assigned to. The staff was able to relocate swiftly after we notified them.

There was no body wash or shampoo in the bathroom dispensers. The toilet made a horrible groaning noise every flush. Hardly deserves the name Hilton.
