I cancelled my stay immediately. First, the key didn’t work. Then, when I got into the room, I was afraid someone was already in there using the bathroom, but the toilet was just running uncontrollably. It was filthy. There were holes in the walls and loose wires. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever tried to book. I cancelled my reservation immediately. I could not stay there.

The property was going through renovations during my brief stay at this location. This property did allow me to have my dog which was a great thing but there was a discrepancy in pet fees that were advertised and what I was being charged. I did bring it up to the young lady at reception but she didn’t adjust the price or offer any concessions. The walls are very thin, you will hear and smell everything your neighbor is doing. The house keeping staff that I encountered were very friendly. I had to move rooms due to a work order that was placed for my first room. Upon entering my second room neither TV worked nor were any of the lotions/soaps refilled. Possibly could’ve been a room not turned over in a while. The receptionist did inform me about the breakfast but I didn’t stay long enough to part take. I stayed less than 24 hrs, unsure if I would stay here any longer than that in the future.

Overall wouldn't go back. Planned to have return visit through there and cancelled reservation. It's being remodeled - parking is awful. Hardly any and can't see your car. Smelled like smoke on entry and in elevator and hallways. Very ghost town vibe while there. Side door to enter is jammed and won't open. Door to room had to be lifted up to lock. Overall wouldn't return. Breakfast was a joke since being remodeled. No juice even.

The bad: The floors are linoleum, not carpeted so your feet felt dirty the whole time. The bed was made with two mattress covers, no fitted sheet which made it feel strange. The free coffee was a blend of tea and coffee which tasted nasty. The hotel was being remodeled so there was a lot of construction dust all around. The good: The room was nice, the staff was awesome. The outside sitting areas were very nice. I believe once all of the construction is done, this will be a definite spot to stay at.

This is a nice are lots of restaurants around, but this is the worst Homewood suites ive ever stayed at. The outside exterior does not match the rooms, they are curently renovating. I feel like post that on your website that rolms are outdated until renovations are completed. The room fruiture is filthy, visible stains wear and tear. Chalking in bathroom is not well done, floor ac unit, walls have visible stains, carpet looks filthy in halls and dingy in rooms. It was definitely giving motel 6 vibes 2 star at most.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Property was undergoing renovation and lobby, hallways and dining area were an issue. Renovation will bring the property back up to Hilton’s usual standards.

Location was very close to perfect for our situation. Staff was friendly. . The main issue was the remodel that had the entire lobby out of order. That obviously affected check-in and most importantly, the breakfast service, we paid for with the room. It wss a very scaled down, snack like, breakfast. 2nd issue was the air conditioner in the bedroom section, seemed to blow hot air no matter how much I lowered the temperature on the thermostat.

So much construction was not warned about on booking and was dusty and nasty. Could not eat the breakfast was nasty and leaking tub all night, air cut on and off all night, tvs didnt work. Room keys had to tread back around due to not being activated correctly. Would not stay here again in current condition.

Found clogged bathroom sink and slow draining kitchen sink which never got fixed for my two night stay. Large hold where doorknob went through it was never fixed. Refrigerator door was extremely hard to open. Whole side of living room chair was black from dirty and was nasty. They claim to be doing renovations, but need to focus on fixing current issues to keep current customers happy. Stayed here numerous times withing the last 2 years, but may not be back. Employees at the front desk were very polite and helpful, but know they do not keep people there long, probably because everyone complains abot issues that are beyond their control.

I had to be asked to move to another room. I had booked an extra day and the room that I got was horrible. The bathroom was so filthy that I could not even take a bath. The wallpaper was coming off and it looks like it had mold. Also, the bed was itchy and I was scared of bed bugs. They did moved me the next day and it was better. I will never book at this location again
