Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and kind. Thank you! Pillows were old. Ice machine on our floor was broke.

The fact that it was a sweet with two separate rooms in a bathroom, the breakfast was good He's sofa bed had a mattress on it that was probably about 3 in thick maybe and was uncomfortable it couldn't be used The couch had to be slept on instead so that ended us with a person on the floor. Was not happy about that but didn't take away from our experience.

Victoria was amazing! A one woman show! She was the inly staff member I encountered the whole time and she was doing it all! Give that woman a raise! Very composed and handling everything and everyone in a pleasant and professional manner. Cant give her high enough praise!

We ended our stay early. We booked another hotel in the area. The sheets were spotted, remote control and iron were missing parts. The shower door was hanging by a thread. The air coming out of the air conditioner smelled! Honestly, it was not what we expected.

The location was in walking distance to family. First off, in the room the remote was broke. When we returned from visiting the key cards didn’t work. Also, the bathroom door had to be picked up to shut it.

The property was clean and the room was so nice and especially for the price! The pool was fun and the sitting areas were so nice. It was quiet. I would most certainly recommend it and also stay again.

I liked the air conditioner working properly, staff were helpful. We stayed for 4 nights, during this time they did not pick up the garbage or clean the room. Guest has to put the garbage outside the room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely noise. It needs to be replaced asap. The electric power outlet in the bathroom was completely loose. We could not plug any appliance. Breakfast was very poor. Parking excellent, plenty of parking. Location is convenient to stores, restaurants and Columbus downtown.

It was in a convenient area and close to just sit anywhere. The front desk staff was very professional. Pool was a plus especially for the little ones. The breakfast choices were good as well just limited. Very clean and nice Hotel overall.

Rochest was in my room, the lady at the front desk. Absolutely terrible property manager. Absolutely terrible breakfast. Terrible food paper behind the dresser. In the bedroom, this was a horrible experience.
