I liked the location and options available within walking distance. The property was relatively clean, and the staff was very friendly. Basic stay, but good value. Decent breakfast too!

When we entered the room, the door was not properly secured. The room also did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, as the floor had not been swept well. During showers, the bathtub drained very slowly and filled with water. Housekeeping removed our used towels but did not replace them, and the bed was not made during service. We requested fresh towels from the front desk, but they were never delivered. While the check-in and out process was positive, the cleanliness, maintenance, and housekeeping service need significant improvement.

Staff was not helpful with a billing issue and we were overcharged by double the room rate. Said there was nothing they could do but refund the money. No explanation as to how or why we were overcharged.

Staff were excellent! Room was clean! Breakfast was good. Your typical continental breakfast. Garbages were overflowing and spilled onto the ground in front of the hotel at entrance . Glass was all over parking lot and sidewalk. Overall a good place to stay.

Location of hotel (food locations within walking distance), 15 min drive to the Ohio stadium for concert, hotel staff very friendly and accommodating was above and beyond, breakfast was good! Very clean! Pool also looked amazing (I didn’t swim but wish I would have brought my suit with!) Nothing!

Enjoyed our stay in the jacuzzi room. It was a good set up and we could watch a movie while in the tub with it being directly across from the tv.

Location was convenient and close to major highway. Breakfast time was from 6 am to 9 am. Consider extending timings to 10 am on weekends.

The start was good, rooms were clean breakfast was good the only thing I would say is to invest in better pillows, the ones we had in our room went flat and provided no comfort for your head, in fact they cause us to loose sleep with not being able to get comfortable. The other thing I would say is get a better tv service or provide detailed instructions on how to use the tv change the channels and view the guide without having to sign into apps to watch the tv.
