Holiday Inn Express Columbus Airport - Easton by IHG

Holiday Inn expresses have usually been decent this particular one the rooms smelled like mold floor have stains chipped paint on the doors this one needs to be brought up to modern standards. They’re gonna ask modern standard money than they should be giving a modern standard product. This one was below average.

We have stayed multiple times at this location convenient for our stay, spacious room Could be cleaner, doors never worked had to constantly get new key cards. Pool are not kept well.

Nothing They charged me not only through booking.com but on my credit card. I ran my credit card for the deposit and it was supposed to be 100. They charged my card for 678. When addressed, they reversed it but then charged my credit card AGAIN for the same cost that I paid on booking.com and now saying they don’t know why it was charged and they do not see it in their end. My credit card company informed me that the new charge was done by them and still pending so my credit card company cannot even reverse it until it’s no longer pending. Holiday Inn is claiming they did not do it even tho it says it came from them and is the same cost as booking.com and they don’t know what to tell me

The tables at dining room were all dirty,theelavator floor was dirty the whole stay no air in hallways

All services were very good!

Carpet stain in the room , lack of pool towels, pool towel bin was full of dirty towels. Overall room was clean.

Clean The bed in the room assigned was missing part the mattress was sitting on a thin spring that made noises everytime anyone moved. Spoke to the front desk who said just a bad bed they will have to get a new one

The hotels were real clean and the employees were so helpful when I needed anything

Underwhelming breakfast, depending on who you are and what you look like staff will act accordingly. Witnessed some people got better treatment and more info, while me personally it felt staff at the time was trying to get me checked in quickly. I had to come back and ask questions.

Super awesome bed, sheets and pillows. I would stay here again because of the bed. I’m serious. New fresh pillows and comforter.

Bed was comfortable but doors close so loudly and the morning cleaning staff so loud we couldn’t sleep.

I was upset that the sink was stained with some kind of either pubical hair or a mustache hair or some type of hair bed sheets had some type of stains other then that pretty good their were no microwave in the room had to wall down the hall too use on for the entire 4th floor it was okay

It was a great stay and the staff was very helpful! The shower was big and very clean! I would definitely recommend!

Used this motel to be closer to where I was having hip surgery since I live 2 1/2 hours away, the only complaint I had was that the bathroom floor was very slick and it was hard to keep it dry with the shower curtain. Let water out on the floor. Other than that. It was very nice. Thank you.

It was some what clean when we needed to change rooms they did it Our first room smelled like someone had smoked a pack of cigarettes in it and it made us sick. They did change us rooms but when taking a shower it leaked all over the floor

The welcome desk and lobby were very nice and had been remodeled. No airport shuttle as advertised however the front desk did pay for a Lyft service. The 2nd floor had a terrible odor that was covered by cleaning fluid. The room smelled like dog urine! Shower was new and clean but lots of covered up nastiness in corners and fllor boards. Bed linens were clean but beds were pld and lopsided. Roll down window covering was stained and ripped. Overall disappointed in it being a Holiday Inn Express.
