Graffiti in room along with hole in wall that was taped. Bed comfortable though.

After waiting a long time to check in (even with reservation) we were assigned a room. When we entered the room the temperature in the room was very high. When I tried to turn on the air conditioning unit it would not work because the cord was unplugged and the plug was twisted out of shape and would not work. Someone from house cleaning surely would have seen the air conditioner unplugged and found that it was unable to be plugged in.

Travis is awesome Amy and cleaning ladies are rude and liars

We arrived for our stay after paying online and could not get a room because they were “overbooked”. Front desk was not helpful and dismissive, would not look at us, or interact. Everything

The staff was fine but the place was overall a bit sketchy for me. Maybe it's common in Columbus (first time in the state), but I've never seen so much signage about "no guns" and "if you live within 3 miles you must show proof of needing emergency [housing]". Non-smoking room was less smokey than the rest of the motel, but generally everything smelled like smoke - the lobby was heavy with it as soon as I walked in. The door of my room had graffiti on the inside of it. The toilet had a couple dead bugs. The beds were clean, I looked thoroughly and no signs of bed bugs so that was good. I did kill another bug in the bathroom (Google image search with the photo I took said baby cockroach, but I can't be certain) before choosing to book another spot for the night.I don't normally write negative reviews and am quite tolerant of lower end motel/hotels but this was the first time I've ever had to abort and find a new place to stay for a night. :/

There were roaches, the ceiling was caving in and leaking all over the furniture. The hallway smelled like piss.

Overbooked (thankfully that was resolved), filthy room ( garbage from previous stay was still in room)and the bathroom kept flooding.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Room was an absolute dump and there was a hole in the wall.

I didn't like anything. We didn't even stay because of roaches. There were roaches, the ceiling was caving in and leaking all over the furniture. The hallway smelled like piss.

1st room we were offered had a pair of jeans and a feminine douche under one of the beds also, there was something (not sure what it was) in the shower. It smelled dirty and musty. The 2nd room wasn’t much better but we had to stay somewhere and everything else was sold out. Still had a musty smell asked for new sheets the desk guy said housekeeping were already gone for the day. Called to the desk for new towels on Friday and didn’t get them until Sunday afternoon. There are a lot of shady people hanging around there. This place either needs to be renovated or torn down. A call to the health department would be a good idea as well.

We came for the festival, so we really just wanted a place to sleep cause we were gonna be gone all day. Checking in, there were 2 staff, and with 3 people in front of me it still took roughly an hour to get to talk to them. They kept leaving because people were having issues with their room. I will say though they were nice, and the guy that helped us were really apologetic about everything. The room itself had mold on the bathroom ceiling. The TV didn't work (we personally didn't care about that), the chairs were stained really bad. We heard people saying there was dead bugs on their side tables which we didn't experience but just a heads up about that. The safe didn't work and was being held closed with a piece of toilet paper. The stairwells all smelled like pee, and one stairwell specifically smelled like cat pee. We were there for 5 days and the smell never went away. The vending machines were also rarely ever filled. We put a sign up for housekeeping one day when we left around 9am, and nothing had been done by the time we came back at 11pm. I’m not sure how american hotels work if we were supposed to call, but I figured that’s what the “housekeeping please” sign on the outside doorknob meant. So we had to ask for extra towels (which they only gave us handheld ones but we were too tired to go back down and just dealt with it). Overall, even for 60/night it’s not worth it. But it’s cheap and a place to sleep if needed.
