Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Upon check-in, the staff was hard to locate as they were socializing outside. The parking lot was full of broken glass since cars were broken into days before. There was blood splatter all over the floor around the elevator. The elevator broke the day after we checked in, forcing everyone, including those who were disabled to use the steps. The room smelled of mildew and carpets were not clean to where we did not want to be barefoot at all in our room. The entire hotel had a fence around it. I’m assuming because of the sketchy area, but that did not help anything because the gate never was closed.

The only thing that the room was ok Eleveror was not working, dirty stairs and hallways and the boy in resepcion bad customer service in the morning we needed a cup of coffee and There were no cups, I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone

I booked a handicap room with a roll in shower specifically because my husband is in a wheelchair and cannot use a bathtub as he can't stand at all. The room that I clicked on during my booking showed the room having a roll in shower. When I got to the hotel the4y informed me that they don't have any roll in showers at that hotel. The wheelchair van that we paid to take him to the hotel had already left and we had no choice but to stay there. I had to go and get a shower chair so that he could get a shower as he was having surgery the next day. I will not be using Hotels.com in the future if I can't be gaurenteed to get the room that I ordered.

Very clean and updated. Elevator broken, location was not great. Receptionist stated immediately on arrival that they had been experiencing car break ins. It was an event weekend and we had really no other option to go. Vehicle ended up not being broken into, however the constant worry was there.

Poor girl was by herself. So, nobody at the counter for 10 min. when I arrived. Only 1 elevator worked, at the time. Room was was ok, only decaf coffee in the kitchen. Next to zero water pressure in the shower, pathetic. When I got back from dinner, the elevator quit working, so walked up 4 flights with luggage. Sketchiest of areas. Just pay the extra $30-$50, and stay in Polaris area, next exit up I75.

There was no TV remote, no forks, no cups in the bathroom, no lighting over the kitchen countertop, no pen or paper and the only tissue box was almost empty. One elevator seemed to be out of order. The coffee and snack bar in the lobby had all junk food and was overpriced. The reclining chair in the box was horribly uncomfortable. Staff was okay but not too friendly. They could speak up a little to their guests and smile more. It's definitely only a three-star hotel but it will do for a short stay.

The rooms where all just re done so they where all new and up to date Half the rooms dont have WiFi and the room I stayed in didn’t have any which resulted in no cable, few things weren’t clean in the room ( dog food on the floor, and brown stain on the shower curtain and cardboard folded under corner of the bed on the floor). Only one working elevator and low shower pressure

Room appointment was nice, but cramped; do not need a boxy wardrobe that steals floor space for suitcases. Poor, only free coffee; bagged processed muffins and cereal boxes available. Noisy due to concert-goers up until 2AM; elevator running constant dinging sound. Staff was unassertive. Noticed iron gated fence around hotel which alerted me to its security concerns. Depressed looking location. Gym was out of use due to water leak on one side of the gym. Nothing to do in the area; barely appealing to walk in the area; sketchy location.

Picked Candlewood for a dance competition because I've stayed at other properties. This one is in a sketchy area with a lot of semi trucks parked all around and people walking around at all times of day.

Looks newly renovated. Great modern room with small kitchen fully equipped. Location, too bad you can’t move it.

I liked the little kitchenette The elevator never worked and I didn’t have full size towels and the location was scary surrounding hotels with busted windows and homeless people everywhere I was nervous to stay in the area

It was awful-had to leave within 30 minutes. Filthy-dirty sheets on floor in hallway as well as empty food boxes. Smell was unbearable and bug in the bed. Parking and location dark and unsafe. Drugs and/or prostitution occurring in parking lot across the way!
