Days Inn by Wyndham Columbus Airport

The property doesn't have much curb appeal, but once you're inside, it's another world! The lobby is spacious and inviting operated by friendly and professional staff. The best feature is the awesome indoor pool with plenty of pool area patio seating for families. The facilities are clean including the laundry room, upper level halĺs and stairways. The room and bathroom was as it should be. This Days Inn was really convenient to the airport. I saw some airline staff staying here between flights. I would come back.

When you advertise that you serve breakfast but we then find out you haven't since covid, huge turnoff. Others that were staying there seemed to be partying in the hall and knocking on our door 1:30AM -4AM in the morning. Back security door that you're supposed to use your card key to get in, kept getting propped open. Brought these issues to the desk, only to receive a shrug...😒

Breakfast was promised and paid extra but there was no breakfast available, only coffee and tea (and the coffee was poor tasting as well). Rooms are old and poorly maintained. Lots of noise all night long.

First room was a disaster and the tv didn’t work. Switched rooms for me. Was a little better tv in that room didn’t work as well told staff insured it would work the next day and it wasn’t fixed. I just dealt with it.

saw 3 coackroaches in the room on the floor and in the bathroom. Also on the bed i saw somebody else s hair. Ac fan will not let you sleep from how loud it is I will file a complaint with osha and the health department about this facility

Rooms were clean and check in was easy. Hotel needs updated, but it was clean…would stay there again.

The ceiling in the bathroom had a leak and plaster came down. Plaster was all over the floor. Should have got a free room.

No coffee maker, no breakfast "item", no freezer in the fridge in the room, hose from outside running into pool making it cold, very dirty AC filter, every tv channel kept going in and out. It was not a good experience. Woke up with bites on our legs and feet. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The hotel was disgusting. We were unable to get our bedroom door closed without slamming it, and the AC unit was either way too hot or way too cold.

Pictures online are highly doctored, when you pull up it looks nothing like what is shown on the listing. Was probably once a great spot, everything is ALMOST really nice. Dirty and out dated. Price point was probably fair, we thought we were getting a deal, but when we got there we understood why it was priced where it was.

Room was clean, staff were great, towels were a little thin, though.

I wondered around for 15 minutes trying to find the lobby. Signs at every intersection in the labyrinth tell you the room numbers, BUT not how to get to the lobby.

I had a late check in and was supposed to have a late check out but they didn’t even call they just took my stuff out of my room and threw it all in a bag. Unprofessional and a waste of money. My online reservation stated 7pm check in 3pm check out

Our room was super dirty, there was only one staff and he didn’t offer us any help. He didn’t want to change our room, nor clean it and he was mean. Our room had red stains on the floor, there was hair everywhere and dirt, old keys in the room and the bath was yellow. The premises look abandoned, there’s probably mold everywhere and we almost got stuck on the elevator. The guy driving the AirPort shuttle was going 60 in a 30 mph area, and cutting cars and it was actually scary.
