Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus Airport

Most modern and comfortable of all Fairfield properties we’ve stayed at. Breakfasts are always excellent!

It is a nice hotel, conveniently located at the Airport. Not close to any restaurants, although we were only there one night. The shuttle was fast to the Airport in the morning. They even picked me up from the Rental car lot when I dropped off the car the day before.

Excellent hotel. Very nice and clean and the water pressure was fantastic.

Booked the room when our flight in Dayton was cancelled and we had to go to Columbus by Uber to leave early the next morning. When we got to the hotel they said they had overbooked the hotel but had made arrangements with another hotel down the street. After starting our day in Dayton at 10am and now being told at 11pm that there was no room it couldn’t have been worse….until we found out they moved us to a hotel with a 6.8 rating and said they had made the reservation and paid for the room. I had already paid Expedia for a room at this hotel. When we got to the other hotel they said no one from Fairfield had called and they would require us to pay. After half an hour on the phone with the hotels they agreed to give us a room at midnight! While on the phone with the Fairfield front desk we heard them ask someone that came in if they were checking in?????? I said you told us there was absolutely no rooms available. Such awful treatment. Beyond ridiculous.

Cool and easy and convenient

Breakfast: no turkey options available, waffle was tooooo sweet & i couldn’t eat that. not many options available.. eggs also weren’t good. didn’t enjoy breakfast.

Great place for a quick trip. The TV was a little tricky but it worked. Water pressure was great too. I’d stay here again! Staff is super helpful and friendly!

This is a great hotel and we totally enjoyed our stay. We booked here last minute after leaving another hotel where we didn’t feel safe, we came here and had a wonderful stay! We’ll be back since we visit Columbus a lot. Nothing

Very nice hotel, walking distance to airport, but they offer a 24 hour shuttle. Check in staff was very friendly. Breakfast options were great. It is a very clean and comfortable hotel. My only negative is the shuttle van really need a good cleaning, inside and exterior.

Super clean. Very modern and attractive room. Very good price. Comfy clean bed. Good and plentiful parking. Everything inside and out in excellent condition. My needs simple? For me this was perfect.

Great experience. We arrived after midnight due to a very delayed flight & the front desk staff & shuttle driver were so helpful . The driver graciously took my husband to the rental car agency early in the AM so he could pick up our rental. The driver was also good enough to pick him back up at the car rental and take him back again when my husband forgot his driver’s license.
