Holiday Inn Express Columbus Downtown by IHG

Room was clean and hotel was close to where I needed to be. Check in was easy and staff was very nice.

we had a lovely time. Everybody was kind. The hotel was immaculate beds were comfy, comfy.

The staff were amazing.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They made checking in and out very easy. The beds were clean and comfortable, we didn’t make use of the amenities but they looked great and folks were using the pool. In the morning, the continental breakfast had great options and was a nice perk. The location was convenient and had a lot of bars and restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely stay again!

Hotel has been renovated recently. Breakfast was great. Huge selection of breakfast options!

Room clean, nice bathroom, staff was helpful, King size bed was comfortable! Breakfast was a 3 out of 5 and eggs terrible each day other than that it was a good stay for 3 nights

This a lovely gem of a place to stay in the German Village area of Columbus. The place is clean, the beds are very comfy, the breakfast is good, and the staff is delightful. After a sub-par home rental experience, this place felt like complete luxury.

Overall we had a good experience the staff was very friendly,the breakfast was excellent,the parking was great. Only one little problem the original room had not been cleaned but the staff was very apologetic. Gave us a new room. Overall a good experience thank you

Everything went well, till in the morning I went to do a check out and the woman started being super wierd with me. She told me my card was rejected (which it wasnt), who was the person that cheked me in, and some other questions that I felt very unconfortable. She told me then everything was ok, that I can have the breakfast. I was like... what? The carpet had many stains, edges were tattered and needs to be replaced. When I went to get in bed there was some nasty looking liquid that dripped down the side and pooled under neath. I requested it be cleaned and it took two days.

The room wasn’t that clean. When we made it to our room there was trash in the garbage can and stains on the floor. The water pressure wasn’t the greatest but it was we still enjoyed our hot steamy shower. The staff was wonderful.
