Nice staff. Clean room. Beautiful lobby. Be aware no AC in the room

Disappointing! Bathroom wasn't clean well. Someone's hair was on the shelf and toilet. Linens had holes and spots. Like they were used forever. Bathroom towels were washed so many times that they are not even soft anymore. The room was small. No fridge, no microwave. The ceiling in the room had a water damage with cracks and peeling off paint. Very disappointed!!!

I recently stayed at the Westin, I have to say the staff was so friendly and warm. Every person I interacted with were truly there for top notch service. I had my dog with me so I had to take him out every couple of hours, seeing the same people and having a greeting every time I left or entered made me feel more at home. I do not think I have ever met a staff a hotel more friendly than the staff at the Westin. Everyone was so ready to help me in any way possible, and did it with a smile and enthusiasm. I felt like I knew the staff for years, or they were a long lost friend. I highly recommend staying here, and I for sure will be back.

for the price, the hotel did not measure up; the room was a little outdated and not very clean; the price for parking was horrendous; I enjoyed being in Columbus, but would not stay at the Westin on my next visit to the area

Beautiful lobby, but unfortunately the rest of the hotel doesn't match that. Very run down and in need of some maintenance. Best bet for parking is a garage around the corner for $17. If you get a spot on the ground floor and don't have a lot of luggage, its not a bad walk.

This was a nice hotel, the lobby is beautiful and the history was fascinating. We liked the idea of staying where presidents stayed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The downside was the room we were in faced an extremely noisy street and it was loud all night. The bathroom shower was extremely tight if you are 6 ft tall or a large person. The last downside is the parking. There is a lot next door for Westin guests if you use valet parking it is $40.00 a night. The self parking option was not working every time we tried the website was not working so we paid the extra money for valet even though we self parked

We found the Westin to be clean, nice staff and well priced.

Very nice and historical hotel. One of the nicer ones I’ve stayed at, room was clean (although kind of small), gym was great, overall great experience. Not many amenities otherwise, no pool or breakfast, yes restaurant in lobby.

Small rooms, awkward showers, tiny bathrooms

Air conditioner was broken. Beds need to upgraded for the price of the hotel.

The staff was very pleasant. There was a lot to do within walking distance of the Hotel.

My booking said checkout was a 12 PM but hotel enforced 11 AM instead despite the booking.

The room was comfortable and clean. The only issue is navigation of parking.

Nice and helpful staff

Staff was excellent and very outgoing and fun.

Our room was several minutes away from the elevator. Through a back stairwell and down narrow hallways that wouldn’t easily allow luggage carts or a wheelchair. It felt unsafe being that far away from the elevator bank

The room doors are old; therefore you had to pull the door up and then use the room key to enter. This was the case with several of the rooms in our group. Considering the nightly rate you would think they would update the doors.
