Intown Suites Extended Stay Columbus Oh - North

The only thing good about this hotel is the manager Erika. She’s very helpful and accommodating but the hotel itself is awful. Cockroach infested, the room is very dirty, the towels were stained and didn’t look clean, the bathroom has mold and everything smells funky.

For the amount that we paid probably monthly this year require a little bit more amenities, such as towels trash bags, things like that! Its is honestly OK? I could just be a little bit more cleaner but this would do until I’m able to get a house so I’m not complaining too much when I’m not real comfortable

Their cleaning lady is sick so we haven't had a cleaning for 3 weeks. Once we were able to grab the vacuum but the 2nd time we couldn't. Staff is super nice. This place fits our needs so no worries.

Staff is awesome very friendly and helpful rooms are always clean and well stocked.

Rude staff wouldnt shovel snow and ice; a$$hole neighbors playing stereo until 3:15am every night and kids banging on the walls and screaming all day long.

It was ok

Nothing against the property itself, just the staff and the booking agents not reading my detailed description of a late arrival forcing my work partner and I to upend our entire job location to a place that was 45 minutes further away from the job site.

Terrible decision, it was roach infested

The place is good but they need to work on their housekeeping, they said once a week but they won’t show up until you go to ask like several times to come and the lady comes, she only sweeps the floor and leaves no mopping

Expedia sold a rental that was not available. If my statement shows I was charged I will be filling a complaint with FCC for false advertisement. Expedite never answered the multiple calls and allegedly provides annoying music on hold to cause people to give up trying to contact by phone because allegedly there is no one to answer the call which is another violation. Please contact me.

When I showed up my room was not ready came back and still not ready. The carpet had stains and the little recliner had mold and in some areas had a funny smell and sometimes smelled like they where smoking in the rooms and never got my deposit back

property is not maintain that well my refrigerator smell like something died in it the room stunk

And they have a code issue with the Smoke detectors in the hotel none of them work, apparently which is a code violation for the city of Dublin

Place was clean looking the staff was GREAT but it had roaches

I stayed and loved it, Leslie is a wonderful lady very professional. When my fridge didn't work Greg the fixer guy was right on the job and replaced my stove eye. If i can give this place a 10 i would.
