Bad smell

Major construction going on. Nice breakfast.

Run, don’t walk away from this place.

My issue was with the deposit. They charged me 50 dollars twice and only refunded once. I have since disputed this with my card company but I don’t appreciate that.

The hotel itself seems very old, there was an odd odor when you entered the hallway, and a different smell in the room. We found one very large cockroach on the bathroom wall, and a picture frame was falling off of the wall above the bed. The fridge did not work. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room.

Room smelled, air conditioning rattled and was very loud. Door didn't lock looked like it had been kicked in. The layout of the room made no sense bed was opposite of the tv and tv didn’t turn or move. Bed and couch were old, worn and very uncomfortable.

hicieron un cargo a mi tarjeta que yo no había autorizado

This has always been my favorite hotel because it's not to rich and it's not poor. It's a great hotel for family's and just regular normal people who want to get away or are here for work but don't want to spend there life savings for a place to stay. This hotel will always be my favorite

Nothing worked. Door knobs were missing. Deadbolts on rooms did not latch. Elevator ‘broken’. For how long, nobody knows. I was afraid to even look for the pool.

The first thing we do when we walk in, they said the electric was out of half the building. And that we could decide to go somewhere else, but it takes so long to get a refund back. we were so tired we didn’t even care about no electric cause we were going to sleep. We figured since we are going to sleep we didn’t care about the electric, but as soon as we walked in, we noticed The floor was sticky. You can obviously see it wasn’t clean the only thing that I thought was clean was the bed we did have lights. The air-conditioning finally kicked on at 2 AM in the morning with it being on high. I had to get up and turn it off. I was gonna take a shower in the morning. The tub was absolutely disgusting. Somebody looked like they shaved in the tub, there was still hair and dirt in the tub so I went down downstairs to get coffee and maybe some breakfast and nothing look good. The coffee was just something basic. The staff was making their cup of coffee the other staff had to tell the other one to move out of the way, but the coffee pot was almost gone, so I had a half a cup of coffee and no food. The breakfast was kind of basic. for the amount of money that we paid. It was definitely not worth the stay. I would never stay there again. The outside of the building was kind of ran down. It looked like it was being repaired everywhere. I guess that’s what happens when you come in at night with no lights.

Overall the stay was good! There was an issue with the TV in the room, and had a bug that I couldn’t tell what it was, but the stay was good nonetheless. Staff were very helpful and kind
-
Even though room was dated, it was clean. Elevator was not working and I saw elderly guests struggle on stairs. Front desk attendant was nice, good. Air conditioner worked well in room but not in hallway
-
Breakfast was great. Parking lot a little tore up. But place was a good place to stay.
-
The pool was closed, I had to be given another room bc it smelled bad and the TV didn't even work!
-
The room was musty the entire stay; no internet in the room.

NOT MUCH OF A WRITER, BUT FOR THIS PLACE, I FEEL LIKE WALT WHITMAN... THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT OF THIS LOCATION, WHICH ISN'T THE MOST CONVENIENT TO A MAN ON FOOT MOST OF THE TIME AS I TEND TO BE ONCE I ARRIVE, HAS BEEN SO ABOVE AND BEYOND THE PALE AS TO CAPTURE MY PATRONAGE FOR THE REST OF MY VISTS TO ITS REASONABLE PROXIMITY, AND I MEAN THAT. AND YES, I ACTUALLY DID WRITE THAT TWICE ON PURPOSE. THAT SHOULD TELL YOU I TRULY MEAN WHAT I'M WRITING.

The room was disgusting. The smell of cigarette smoke was extremely strong, like people had been smoking in there for days. The floors were dirty, and the whole room felt unclean. The worst part was the sofa bed didn’t even have a mattress and was broken, so we couldn’t use it at all. Four of us ended up having to share one hard bed after an 8-hour drive because there was nowhere else to sleep. The next morning, we explained everything to the front desk, and the lady told us she would switch us into the room we originally booked when we came back later. After spending the day out shopping, we returned only to be told by another employee that nobody informed her about the room change and that all the rooms were fully booked. At that point, we had no choice but to leave and find another hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Dirty room, terrible communication, broken furniture, and no effort to properly accommodate guests. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was convenient and the parking was accessible. Check-in was relatively straightforward. Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. The property appeared outdated and not well maintained. Cleanliness and overall comfort did not meet expectations, and the experience did not feel worth the cost. I expected a better quality stay and was dissatisfied overall.

Outside of building looks like facility is closed, paint peeling everywhere, inside was very outdated, was super hot no air on inside lobby area didn’t smell good. We were woke up at roughly 12:45 am by someone trying to get into our hotel room door. Our deadbolt didn’t work on the door was very scary! Next morning there were 4 police cars parked in front of building, multiple officers walking up and down the halls inside. Told office what happened the night before.

The hotel, the power outage, the residents on drugs, the gross bathroom, the spiders jn the room
