Aloft by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport Grapevine

Enjoyed the retro modern vibe of this hotel. The shower was great and the room had great amenities including a speaker to hook up our own music. Fun!

A good place to stay near DFW, if/when your flight is cancelled or you miss a connection. Happens a lot. Ugh. Considering the modest price, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice my room was.

Th location is not well maintained. Access doors from outside don’t work. Sanitizer wall units broken or without sanitizer. Gym had no sanitizer wipes. Water dispenser needs to be replaced. Stay away from this Alof. The worst I have stayed.

Aloft was a perfect solution to an overnight layover. The free shuttle for pick up and return to the airport was convenient and low stress. The fun attractive room was well-appointed and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was exceptional very nice!!! Room was very chic and clean, plenty of plugs for phones, laptop etc. Best sleep we’ve had in a hotel in a while. Will stay here on future trips to the DFW area.

Staff upon arrival was great. However, the staff in the morning said we should wait in the lobby for the shuttle at 6 am, then the shuttle left without all of us waiting for it. We had to call an Uber to make it to the airport on time.

The staff members not very helpful. Very rude staff members at the bar they have with no option for snacks. For any options to eat you have to drive at least 20 min, nothing is walking distance to this hotel. I will never stay here again

We met Fredrick at the front desk, he was super friendly and accommodating. Excellent service!

The service I received from the front desk and shuttle driver were over the top. After a stressful day of travel with cancelled flights I was very frustrated but they were so kind and helped me get to the hotel stress free. The room was spotless and the let me have a late check out. Have always had a wonderful experience with Aloft.

The staff was kind and excellent! The property was clean and well cared for. Staff made the effort to ensure we were taken care of. We will be back again.

I had a terrible experience and I feel like the staff may need some customer service training. The girl that was working the front desk didn’t see my correct booking and I am not sure if that was on hotels.com or if that was that the girl wasn’t paying attention. I was also charged for my room by hotels.com and by the hotel again. The girl at the front desk was absolutely no help and was not willing to help me at all. Hotels.com couldn’t get a hold of the hotel so they sent an email to the hotel to get things corrected and the girl at the front desk said she didn’t have access to the email that the rep sent it to. The girl at the front desk did not want any part of helping me figure it out. She definitely could use some customer service training.

Everything was very clean and accommodating. We I’ll definitely sat here again
