Everything was great

Smelled good was clean. The parking garage was difficult to pull into with Ford F150 Supercab, too narrow and not enough room to make the turn into the entrance.

While Shirley at the front desk was professional and accommodating, this property is in need of serious updating. They also appeared to have a fruit fly issue… An elevator in the hotel and an elevator in the parking structure were out of order. I think these accommodations were embarrassing for a wedding party that had perhaps encouraged guests to stay, perhaps remembering it as a younger, better maintained property prior?

Room was a nice size, good wifi The bathroom

Very expensive for a pretty small room, they made us pay an extra $20 for parking when we already paid $315 for everything (which it said everything was included) went to get food and they close at 10 and also expensive food. We were going to buy toothbrushes as a couple was leaving and they mentioned that they went to go stay in their room and there was people stuff all over so the staff gave them a room already occupied 99% that was our room. Which is ridiculous. Also the parking garage was so low that it scratch my boyfriend truck completely up and we could barely get in and out

The hotel is designed for corporate guest. Average Joe and Jane is not going to pay the fees they charge for bottle water or food.

There wasn’t anything positive from my experience that I can share. The property was dirty, the staff was half hearted and rude, the location was deceiving and I felt unsafe with my children, there’s homeless living in the stairwells of the parking garage. Which was a little intimidating walking alone at night because I forgot something in my car. The floor was noisy, we heard banging all night long. The beds were uncomfortable. Our room was filthy.

Good spot, the room was clean, and the service was friendly. Simple details like the bathroom curtains looking a bit dirty, having a dirty balcony, but overall it was a nice place. I slept well, and it was pet-friendly. They had a private parking lot, which felt safe.

Dirty room, very expensive for a low-quality room. Staff was very friendly. Overall hotel amenities were good. Covered parking was nice

Location The rooms were disgusting! Found what appeared to be bed bug shells and drippings in the first room, we got the rooms changed. That room was also gross. We were going to leave to get another hotel but the guy at the front told us since we booked through booking and not the hotel there was nothing hr could do as far as a refund. We were already crunched for time so we just decided to tough it out. The rooms could’ve definitely been cleaner!

I booked this hotel because it advertised an indoor pool. We went with a group of over 10 people planning to enjoy it, but when we arrived, they told us it doesn’t exist. This is misleading information and very disappointing.

The pool was drained and closed. Friday night was spent listening to a prostitute scream in the hall demanding her clothes. Saturday night was spent smelling marijuana all night. Getting from the parking garage to the hotel is like taking your life in your own hands it’s so dark and creepy. The room was never cleaned, had to request clean towels. The staff was rude and frankly just chose not to as much as speak to you. When the person knocked on the door with the towels.. he literally threw them at me and walked away. With as many choices as there are in the area.. pick another one.
