Everything was good for a one night trip. Clean room and amenities. The best thing about the stay was the valet parking. Super nice and efficient. We had a couple negative issues. One, our room was not available at check in. Had to wait about an hour before we got it. Then we were rushed to get to where we had to be that evening. Two, the room was really hot at night and would not cool off with it set at 65. But, we dealt knowing it was a hotel and full.

Early check-in was free. Staff was wonderful with directions on how to get places.

When we arrived they did not have our room ready. We had to wait about 20 mins for them to get us into a room. Once in our room someone came to check the AC (we had not asked for this) and in the middle of the night it was clearly not working anyway. I called the front desk that night to ask for forks and was told I would have to come to the front desk. When I went down to the front desk they only had one fork and when I asked the clerk (believe his name was Andre) for another he threw a tantrum throwing stuff around to find one.

Excellent service and mannerism by all. Friendly people all around!
