Hotel Covington Cincinnati Riverfront

Although it was a very brief stay, the room was excellent and the staff extremely friendly. Excited to come back and stay again when we are back in town!!

Dry outdated system for servicing guest

I booked this place for the airport shuttle service run by Theo own friendly staff. Covington on the KY side is a funky (in a good way) town, a smaller version of OTR across the river. The hotel is a beautifully renovated old building with contemporary interior tastefully done. Apart from one minor hitch, the service was very good. Oh, and both the coffee and breakfast, stellar!

The place is upscale and easy to feel comfortable in. Their wait staff was especially impressive. They know exactly the right amount of attention to give their guests. Food was great and there's tons of stuff to get into nearby. We had a lovely time.

The Covington Hotel was very clean, in a great location, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Security was questionable appeared anyone could enter the hotel and key card access was not required for elevator. Some doors were zip tied so they didn’t latch or lock

The hotel is perfect for couples. My wife and I had a great time. We would definitely stay again.

Great staff and location

The staff was amazing! The only knock is the details. The TV was horrible, as were the towels. Minor complaints, but I would recommend bringing your own device. I cannot stress enough how helpful the staff was. I would definitely stay here again and probably wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I’m in the area.

My only complaint was there were too many emails and text messages from both Expedia and the hotel. Probably 3-6 per day starting a couple of weeks prior to our trip!

Bar was best around for drinks. Room was clean, but draps were damaged and allowed early morning sun in. Otherwise just missed having coffee available within the room vs dressed to go to lobby for it each morning.

All the Staff was very helpful with recommendations for sightseeing around Covington & Cincinnati. The room was beautiful, the property has an elegant bar area inside and outside Terrace. We requested shuttle service to and from the Hofbrau House in Newport and they were able to provide the ride. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so very much. NA

Nice place and goodfood

There was terrible smell from AC unit, and it didn’t feel clean as well. We wouldn’t book that again. Price doesn’t match with quality and the room.

Exceptional

Beautiful hotel. We did not get a chance to try out the restaurant but the options looked great and looking forward to trying out the restaurant at our next visit.
