Room was very clean and hallways were clean. Front desk lady was under the influence of something. Shower had no water pressure. Deadbolt on door did not work. Mini fridge did not work.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast was good and there was plenty of parking space.

Room was clean, easy 10 min from Love Field, quite a bit of noise comes from nearby highway, good continental breakfast in lobby.

Hotel having staffing issues and we had ti change from a king room to a two queen room because they couldn’t get hot water on the first floor where our room was located. Room appeared to have stained sheets and towels. Nit a pleasant experience.

The hotel itself looks a little older on the outside. Looked nice on the inside. The room was nice. Bed slept well. Liked the shower. Plenty of parking. Only thing that gave me some concern initially was location. But everything was great. Breakfast was good as well.

Parking was amazing, staff phenomenal specially your front desk personal he was super excellent!! The rooms were clean smelling good breakfast over the top this will always be our go to hotel
