My ONLY Issue was we booked this hotel Saturday to Sunday to utilize the shuttle to the airport. We signed up for shuttle. My husband went down to the lobby at 5 am with our 16 y/o daughter who was flying out to see family. Only to be told there is NO shuttle on the weekends they did provide an UBER to the airport but not one back for him. This should have been expressed at check in and while asking if we needed the shuttle services. If we had known this we would have chosen a different hotel!

Very nice will be back in couple months

The room we booked was supposed to include a mini-fridge, but it was broken. The pool pictures are inaccurate and out of date. The hot tub has been filled in with concrete and is not usable.

We also noticed our room was already open when we checked in. In other words, the door was slightly ajar when we got up there which weirded me out.

It is extremely cold inside . We had to turn on heater at 90% outside .

The room was comfortable and very clean, how bad a television did not work and the telephone did not, there was no shortage of towels.

Whenever I come home to visit. I stay at this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The price is within my range and the location is convenient. It is my pleasure staying at the hotel

Good option for what we needed. Friendly front desk staff, I didn’t get her name but she worked the evening shift as was so nice! Kids wished they had more snack options lol

This property will fool you with the nice picture of the lady that they display online in their waiting area. DON’T DO IT! It’s on the level of a Motel 6, and if I would have had the time and not catching a flight within 4 hours of checking in, we would’ve went somewhere else. The front desk attendants were nice though, but the property needs work.

Chose this Hotel because of their online offering of airport parking and proximity to hotel. When we arrived, we were told they no longer offered this service. 10 pm and we were told to find another hotel. ??? I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would contact him because he had already left the premises. After 1/2 hour they told me they would honor the online offering. The explanation was that Wyndham was slow in removing said online information. Now upon our return trip, I called from the airport for the shuttle pickup and was told the vehicle was out of service and the that I had to find my own way back to the hotel. Approximately, 10 pm. I obtained an Uber car and was told to present my receipt at the front desk and they would refund. I would think the hotel (Wyndham!!!) would have the decency to RENT a vehicle for their airport traveling customers. Never using Wyndham again!

Liked that it was close to airport and close to the medical university. I didn't like that they didn't have updated tvs to stream my services.

Bed bug locate in bed, roach in bathroom .The room was prepaid no refund was mentioned. The guy at the front desk seemed not interested
