The staff was friendly and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The sistema was down when we got there and had to wait a long time to check in and there were no rooms available they were very nice to send us to the other hotel across the street and said they would cover the night charge. Still waiting for the refund.

The room was bigger than expected. There were roaches in the room. We ordered pizza. We ordered extra so we could have some to eat on in the evening. We went to eat the left overs and there was a roach in the box. Went down and spoke with the manager Luis he apologized and stated he would switch our room once the system came up. He never switched us. We lost $$ on our dinner that we could not finish.

The breakfast was delicious. Plenty of choices to keep everyone happy and satisfied. The app for leaving a tip didn’t work well for me. I know you are a no cash hotel. I did leave a $5.00 cash tip on the table. The room was beautiful and clean. Felt safe and comfortable. Perhaps let people leave tip on credit card when you check out.

We were there for only a short overnight and the place was very nice and clean with the exception of the bath tub. It was not very inviting and was either worn or dirty.
