Room was not cleaned for 3 days, fresh towels were not provided unless requested

This is nice property. Clean, modern looking but it is not perfect. The tube is old but useable.

Full hot breakfast included.

The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly. The on-site restaurant was limited in the menu but the food was very good and was extremely convenient. Enjoyed it very much.

Everything is good, but the problem is, it’s not quiet

This was a stay for one night prior to a cruise. The property was clean and well appointed. The shuttle service was very helpful and the breakfast before we left was so convenient with great selections.

Our stay was very comfortable and the staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious and it was the perfect location for our one-night stay before continuing on our vacation.

we had no issue with shuttle service to the airport but people were told it picked up every hour on the hour which was more like every 2 hours.

Great hotel very close the airport

Room need renovation. Shower faucet and toilet water was running all the time .

We stayed here for our cruise. Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and shuttle service from the hotel to then port. Perfect location! Everyone was nice and helpful And room was perfect

Staff nice

I got a suite here for a one night stay before a cruise. Property was ok, nothing special and a bit outdated. It seems they tried to update it but left some things, like the bathroom, unchanged. Also the AC unit in the room was so loud it was difficult to watch TV and/or sleep. Pillows were horrible. The price for one night, $200, also seemed very high for the quality of the property. Front desk attendant and bartender were very nice though. OK for a night but wouldn’t stay longer.

The room was expertly cleaned and disinfected. They did accommodate us earlier. Our door however was difficult to open. BUT THE WORST was upon checking in the front desk guy stated that there is free dinner and breakfast available. I tripple asked him about the free dinner because that's not typical, he said yes and also confirmed with my husband that it's from 5 to 11 pm. When I went down at 5 I was told no they have a restaurant on the premises to purchase food and drinks with 18% gratuity. Also they stopped breakfast at 10 instead of the quoted 11 AM time.

The property, facilities and room were clean and up to date. Staff was friendly. I thought it was a tad pricey

Quick to pick up from airport. Air conditioning in room worked great! Walkable to Wendy’s and Dunkin’ No air conditioning in lobby, got there at noon, no rooms available until 3:00. Then given a room that was still being cleaned and still had to wait.

Liked to shuttle pickup! Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room and the food and drinks at the bar!
