Customer service Paying for parking

My entire stay was perfect, hotel room, bar, pool service over all was great. Best location to be shopping within walking distance 3 minutes away walking.

The hotel was clean and was well taken care of. The hotel staff at the front desk was awful. I prepaid for my room and taxes. The hotel staff tried to make me double pay. I advised the front desk personnel ( Brittney) and showed her the confirmation email from Booking. She stated that she would correct the issue. I later received a email from the hotel with the incorrect charges. After about a 5 or 6 hour fight with them. The charges were corrected. The front desk manager Michelle Salazar was not truly helpful until I told her that I was going to complain to the corporate office. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is the only reason for a low rating.

Overall the hotel was good, the location is also good, very much convenient. But I'm still waiting on: Penalty Waiver Request. And i have been waiting for 4 days now. They would contact me in 24-72 hours, but still no response.

It was very close to Dania Beach pointe. We had food, entertainment, and bars right across the street. The having to pay to park.

The hotel was in an excellent location in the Dania Pointe area. A short 7 minute walk placed you in the plaza with access to restaurants and lots of popular shopping spots. A movie theater was in the area as well. Hotel room was very clean and modern and had lots of space. The gym was also spacious and had lots of multifunctional equipment. I will definitely stay again

Great location! The free shuttle made traveling an ease. The restaurant inside the hotel is definitely worth it! We are there twice. Rooms were spacious and the staff was kind. We didn’t utilize the rooftop pool but we seen it was packed. Would definitely recommend. We stayed one night before and one night after our trip.
