Room was good & clean I left my medical pillow & since then I have been sending messages to hotel without a single answer for my messages through booking.com, even I visited the hotel and they said simply we didn't find it

The restaurant was phenomenal and the entire staff from registration to house keeping was friendly and accommodating.

Seemed very clean and the staff was friendly. One thing I didn't like was that doors to the laundry and housekeeping were kept open. Also, although there is a restaurant on site (Johnny's) but it is not very good and in fact the breakfast buffet is really bad. Everything off the Sysco truck. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for food. Although it's not necessarily the fault of the hotel, we chose it because we like having a restaurant on site but if we stay again we won't eat there.
