Tv remote and door key card didn't work half the time. Loud music blasted through thin walls all night. Few selection on breakfast menu. Wouldn't recommend . . .

Smoke alarm missing from ceiling. shower curtain kept opening on curved rod. Breakfast eggs and gravy lukewarm, pool not open.

This was a good hotel for the price we paid.

Hotel was close to hotel. Room was dated and there was a large gap in the door to the hallway. Checkin was ok. Front desk seemed to just want to get us through as quickly as possible.

The whole floor stunk, the room smelled so bad like Indian food I couldn't sleep all night, would not recommend

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay here again.

Dated and in need of maintenance. 1. Shower curtain rod very precariously still attached to wall. 2. Shower faucet handle leaked a pencil wide stream of water whenever the water was running. 3. The ottoman had at least two large stains on top of cushion. I think it should be thrown out. At my checkout the only person who provided a thank you was me. Maybe my expectations are to high. I wonder how much of this reflects on how the ownership/top management treats thier employees. If management treats them poorly I can understand thier indifference. Or maybe it's a lack of training on how to provide good customer service. Either way I more then likely won't be back.

The staff was the ONLY good thing about my stay. It’s not their fault the room was poor quality cause the owner leaves the hotel in shambles. I got bit up by some type of bug in my room. My keys to room always stopped working & I was on the second floor and just had a total knee replacement 7 weeks ago so going up and down those stairs was awful. I was overcharged $50 and I don’t know why. My bill was for around $214 when I made the reservation and ended up $265 once it finalized. I left a $20 tip for cleaning staff even after I kept the stained up room clean. Just because I know it’s hard out there for them and it’s not their fault this owner does not to proper upkeep on this property at all. I will not be back. The staff was wonderful and I will miss them. The hotel itself was less than to be desired and if I’m being honest I think it was bedbugs that caused the multiple bites all over my body. I kinda want my money back.

Property is old. TV stopped working 2 different nights and no one on site to fix it. Had very noisy neighbors up above us that you could hear walking on the floor. Won’t stay there again.

Side entrances were filthy with spiders and bugs. Pool was out of order. Hallways dirty.

Excellent shuttle service to airport

Lobby and breakfast area too small. Entire facility needs fresh paint and new carpet. The Furniture in room old, battered, and some of it wobbly. Disappointed that pool was closed (repairsornew construction). NO Elevator!
