Older hotel. Clean, but definitely older. Staff was great, though. Breakfast was meh. Not enough seating in the breakfast area and the food offerings were limited.

Our room was excellent as well as our stay. The only complaint I have is that the pool was quite dirty. Our toddler wanted to swim but I was not comfortable letting him in because there was dirt, grass, dead bugs, mulch, and leaves all over the pool,

It was a nice hotel but they never did housekeeping and we were there for 6 nights. It got to be rough with having to get our own towels and never having our garbage cans emptied.

Location was good. Breakfast was ok. Room had odd smell. Shower door did not operate properly.

Staff member Kilo was amazing. She helped accommodate an early check-in, asked if I wanted snacks, and was very friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a welcoming experience.

The bathroom smelled like urine and there was mold in the shower. There was something unidentifiable smeared on the bathroom door. The room carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. We wouldn’t let the kids sit on the floor and all toys had to stay on the counter because the floor was so gross. The door wouldn’t shut all the way without my husband lifting it slightly. Although when it was closed it did feel secure. The breakfast was tasteless and overcooked. They had no forks so we had to eat waffles with knives. Which is not fun with small kids. There was no milk. The lady running the breakfast was exceptionally rude and more interested in her cell phone than actually helping. We asked her questions and she’d look at us and walk away. The front desk lady was cordial but she seemed disinterested in being there. The pool was covered in floating bugs and debris. The parking is a positive. It’s free and close to the building. The drop off area is plenty large to load and unload the vehicle. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to friends and family. We’d choose a different location next trip.

Only the location No it’s one of the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in!! Not worth the money at all Not clean bed and pillows are not comfortable at all The lights one of the them was broken and not working Satins on the towel One day of our stay they said sorry we don’t offer breakfast today although we paid for breakfast included
-
There was no breakfast on my last morning there. Which is supposed to be included in the price I paid for. Rooms are decent but no microwave is included and there was no body wash in the shower. only shampoo and conditioner

Everyone was so nice to us

Everything was clean, however the bed still had hair in it from whoever stayed before us which makes me think the sheets were never changed. The cleaning staff also woke us up at 9 knocking on the door when checkout is at 11. The only thing we both disliked was the pillows.

If you are arriving super early in the morning “the day after” your reservation make sure you call. They no-showed me. Luckily they still had a room but I had to wait for housekeeping to clean it before I could check in. Even though I paid in advance for my entire 4 night stay…
