The carpets are stained up and the walls are starting to peel. The furniture is outdated and needs to be replaced. The pillows on the bed smelled funny. There are no vending machines. Our room key kept not working. Breakfast was horrible.

Everything was great, had fruit, brownies, muffins, cereal, waffles, bagels/ toast, yogurt,, juice, coffee, milk, water,, biscuits and gravy, except no eggs for breakfast. That's the only thing and it's not a big deal everything was great.

There was an extreme weather event with temps going well below ZERO. The primary heating unit broke down so area of the motel (front desk, hallways, breakfast area) had no heat until our last day there. This was certainly not the fault of the management team but was very unfortunate for everyone.

I believe I lodged a complaint over the telephone with a few of your staff members about the hotel and the experience still haven’t got a resolved issue on that so I would really like to know if somebody’s gonna refund me some of my money
