Residence Inn by Marriott Columbus Dublin

This hotel was expensive for one night (about $300) so I expected more. The rooms are nice but that AC is soooo loud. It was the loudest compressor ever! I couldn't sleep. It was a terrible night for me. I also strongly recommend you clean the shower heads in the property. There are years of calcification and dirt on that nozzle. Finally why in the world would you charge parking fees in Dublin Ohio? Really guys? is charging $7 really worth doing for a guy who paid $300 for one night? Ohio is nothing but ample space and you're not downtown. Staff was kind, there is just no way you're sleeping with that loud AC compressor.

Continental breakfast left something to be desired, parking is $7 a day which you are staying on their property so I found this silly. Area was very nice. House keeping is on an every other day rotation and come super early, we missed having them come to our room even once in our 5 day stay bc we turned down once. Overall, would def stay there again.

Checking in, the staff was very friendly and professional. Got to the room (king suite) and was delighted when we entered. The kitchen was equipped with a full sized refrigerator, a two burner stove, microwave and dishwasher. Dishes and utensils were also included. The living area was also nice with a comfortable couch that was also a pull out double bed. Through the door was the main bedroom with I think was a 50 inch tv. Oh I forgot to say the bedroom door locks so if the kids are in the living room you can have some privacy in the bedroom. The bed was nice, a little on the firm side for our taste so if you like a softer feel I recommend bringing a mattress topper. The pool was clean and well kept with towels provided. They even have a gas grill and fire place in the front if you just feel like chilling outside. I recommend bringing your own snacks the prices are extremely high at the hotel. 15 dollars for a pint of ice cream. Other than that our overall experience there was awesome. I highly recommend it.
