The room was very clean and updated. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was filling and the dining area was very clean. Very enjoyable stay. Would happily stay here again.

There were absolutely no problems with our stay. The staff was great and our room was clean. The breakfast is good but doesn’t have a lot of options. Overall it was a great value for the price.

So when I got off the elevator on 2nd floor there is a smell. Which was same stuffy smell in my room. My TV kept cutting off which upset me when I was watching a very good show. Anyway staff was great but they need to get the source of that smell taken care of. Also my fridge never got cold enough for my drinks I had. So that sucked. I probably won’t revisit.

Even though my stay was okay, when I called to request to be transferred to another Best Western closer to the venue they answer was that every owner is different in each hotel. Then I asked them about the option to give me refund so I can move, and they said no.

I did not get the handicap room that I was charged for. I got a smaller room and the maid walked in on me as I’m taking a shower. She didn’t knock on the door. Didn’t say anything. This was crazy. I deserve a refund.

The breakfast was excellent. Was disappointed to find the swimming pool locked at 7pm when it was supposed to open till 10pm.

Maybe for sanitation but used too much detergent for bed sheets. Smell was so strong that gave me headaches. There was no cups except the thin plastic cups for the bathroom use. Body lotion was n’t provide. Breakfast was minimal. Fruit was green apple only. They provide scrambled egg but I don’t eat egg yolk. I wish rather have boiled egg.
