Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Paso East-Loop 375 by IHG

Very good service. Very attentive and nice staff.

Great location, Clean and comfortable rooms, filling breakfast. Close access to roads and airport, Plus lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Well lite parking and I felt very safe. There were a few repairs being done but it didn't take away from the overall appearance. Definitely plan to stay here again.

We came in at about 2:30 in the morning, due to a long waiting time at the border. We thought we would get some help to freeze gel packs for blood sample shipping. Very little help available. Three rooms were not enough for that kind of favor.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was convenient and I loved the coffee. We were woken up the second night by the people next door partying with loud music and screaming. I think the room we were in had a conjoined door so we could hear everything.
