Great stay clean kind staff Great location

Me gustó mucho el trato que tienen para los consumidores en la reservación muy amable y de muy buena calidad y disponibilidad sobre todo amabilidad y los cuartos estaban muy limpios la cocina no se diga una limpieza total todo está muy limpio y la reservación muy pero muy amable gracias por ser así me la pasé muy bien con esta experiencia

Best part of this property was when I got into my car and left. Absolutely disappointed with this stay. We paid for 3 nights and by day 3 asked a simple question about why our room hadn’t been cleaned. Instead of trying to help, Jeremiah was rude, dismissive, and made it very clear he wanted everyone to know his title rather than solve the issue. We were told they “don’t do that every day,” and because staff had already gone home there was “nothing he could do.” No attempt to make it right. To make things worse, breakfast is advertised until 10:00 AM on weekends, but they were out of food by 8:00 AM. If you advertise breakfast until a certain time, guests shouldn’t have to show up two hours early just to actually get it. Customer service matters, and this experience felt like guest concerns were an inconvenience instead of a priority. Between poor communication, lack of housekeeping, and the attitude from management, I wouldn’t recommend staying here and won’t be returning.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold items as well as juice and coffee/tea/cocoa. .Room was clean but overcrowded with furniture. A few of the gym machines were dirty. The water refill machine was lit up red for needing a filter, but was never replaced during the week we were there. The pool towels might as well have been hand towels, they were so small. Pool was refreshing tho. During our stay we had requested for our room to be cleaned, but they never came. Overall not a bad place to stay, they just need better maintenance and upkeep of the hotel.

Staff was very kind and room was very clean

Room was clean, but the see through shade on the window was not good. After checking in at 1 am having the room bright as the sun came up woke me up way before I was ready. Then I went down to coffee at 7 am only to find the one regular coffee pot empty. When I checked out at 9:30 there was no regular coffee again

I have stayed there twice now and both times the AC did not cool the room. It read 75 but would not go lower and it felt much warmer then 75. maybe 78

NO SLEEP.. PEOPLE WERE IN HALLWAY LAUGHING YELLING CUSSING, SOUND AS IF THEY WERE DRUNK. HAD TROUBLE WITH TV, NO SIGNAL, FRONT DESK WOULD NOT ANSWER.. NEVER AGAIN!
