Very helpful staff, clean room.

Good simple value, affordable, walking distance to downtown

Neighbors next door decided at 5:30AM letting kids scream and cry nonstop dad started yelling kids and didn't stop. Couldn't fall back asleep it stayed like that all the way to check out. Called the front desk at 7 ish to report it they said they would speak to them never heard them speak to them and noise continued

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have a microwave and fridge. The location was great because we were in walking distance to Walgreens, a gas station, Jimmy John's, Dunkin Donuts, Chik-fil-a, Panda Express and Chipotle. Walls are pretty thin, so we could hear our neighbors well into the night. Biggest bummer was that beds were super hard. If like that sort of mattress, you'll love this...if not...bring some icy hot patches for your back!!! Overall it's decent for the price.

Although rated highly and located in a good area this place would get a 7.5 at best. Price for value is very poor. Would I stay here again? Not a chance.

Good location, very clean, simple, easy to park close to or next to your room. Fast check-in and comfortable bed.

The rooms are a little outdated but that really didn't bother us. They were very clean and comfortable. Even when we walked in you could smell how clean it was. And the location was perfect for us. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me. But my husband liked it. So it was more a personal preference.

Good parking, nice staff, multiple restaurant options.

Convenient location large mini refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave beds OK. Staff good and friendly. Pillows too soft, basic room, but ok for the occasion.

For an old style motel, this place is always clean, well maintained and has the amenities we need while visiting our daughter in college. Right across the street from NAU and walking distance to great coffee!

Very great place to stay in Flagstaff. Highly recommended

We've stayed here a couple of times. It is not fancy but it is very clean and very comfortable. the check in was easy. I did have an issue with the tv. I called the office and she came right away and fixed it. (Another guest had unhooked something to hook up a gaming system, apparently) It is near NAU and a great launching point for all things Flagstaff or Northern AZ Nothing, it was perfect for the price.

Very happy with this property. Clean and comfortable and safe. Hot water for shower could be hotter. Freezer in mini frig didn’t keep item frozen.

Clean. Nice staff. Easy parking. Microwave and mini fridge worked great. The ice machine wasn’t available because of renovations, but otherwise, well worth the price.
