Loved the location. Walkable to NAU campus. Little fridge and microwave were great. Beds comfortable and staff nice.

This hotel was old and dilapidated and under new management. Another room was offered downtown but this is downtown, by then he had lost all credibility. This is how you take care of property we declined. This is a bait and switch operation. STAY AWAY.

Newly renovated, comfortable beds, friendly staff Guy sitting outside all day/night vaping at bottom of the stairs, yapping dogs at 1:15am and again at 6:00am, shower soaked floor in bathroom and no bath mat to absorb it, small/cheap bathroom towels, and couldn’t hear the full volume tv because the speaker is on the back.

The outside is being updated so there were equipment trucks parked in some of the spaces but they were constantly working. The rooms were recently updated so everything was nice. The staff was very attentive and responsive. Overall would definitely stay there again.

Property was under renovation but it was kept safe for visitors with clear well-lit walkways. Hotel rooms were brand new and modern, well-functioning. Bed and shower were clean and ideal in every way. An excellent stay. Will repeat!

Such a beautiful, comfortable and clean place. The couple who run it are really friendly and sweet, and the coffee is great too. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back if we're in the area again!

Room was spacious We got there and the entire property was undergoing painting and there was no heads up about it - sheets were dirty and had to get new ones

The room was recently renovated and extremely clean The room was warm and the air conditioner would start up cool for a while then stop completely and never come on again. You’d have to get up in the middle of the night push the off button then push the on button to restart then it would do that all over again Also, the refrigerator would turn on and start making a home that later turned into a loud shutter that continued until you go over and hit the top of the refrigerator to stop. This woke me up twice in the middle of the night forcing me to get up to deal with the noise. Outside, the entire motel was being repainted, and the worry existed that the painters mate get paint on our cars so parking was extremely limited until after 5 PM when the painters left which allowed you to park next to the building once again

The outside is under renovations but the inside is lovely and the staff was super helpful! Would stay here again with my pets.
