bad environment room in terrible condition did not look like picture there were bugs in my room cigarette burns on cover bathroom door was broken overall horrible i would never stay here again

Your app listed this as a pet friendly hotel and upon arriving I was told it WASN’T pet friendly and I had 2 dogs with me for a 3 night stay. Needless to say I was pissed and ended up staying at a better hotel down the road that was pet friendly. GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT ON THE DAMN WEBSITE!

Ive stayed at this hotel several times in the past and never had a bad complaint but our room # 300 had roaches and at night they came out lots of them we literally had to keep the lights on all night

Encountered 2 roaches and a spider. Hotel feels like it’s in the middle of a renovation. It needs to be closed down and fully renovated. Do not recommend.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Rooms were not cleaned properly.had to switch multiple rooms due to nastiness.first shift on Saturday wasn’t pleasant at all.ask for towels to be placed in rooms.never got them til I had to walk down to front desk that night to get them.customer service is everything and it’s much needed

Property is under a significant remodel, the finished parts are beautiful but as with any construction project, parking lot is rather busy and some of the common areas have the expected Construction stuff around.

Place is a total dump! Should not be available to stay as rooms are dirty! Staff unprofessional! Pool looks dangerous as if has not been maintained in years and the whole property is in horrible condition! Hallways wreaked of smoke and horrible odors! I wish I never rented as I did not sleep at all and my family stayed as well to take me on my trip to the airport! I say if I could give negative ratings I would!

There is mold all over the ac unit, car air freshener in the unit that rattled and just drew more attention to all of the mold. Hotel was dirty, run down. TV didn’t load channels that were viewable due to digital disturbances.

Wish I had gotten the memo about construction.hope they can get it fixed but to old to remodel

No coffee or tea in the morning. Bathroom had no toilet paper holder or guard on light switch! Crazy! No elevator service; thankfully we were on first floor., the restaurant was close, but the food left something to be desired, as did the service. Will not be staying there again!

The room was in disarray, with the door not closing properly, trash scattered everywhere, and stains on the bed.

The photos on the third party website "Expedia" are NOT correct! There is NO pool, breakfast, or fitness Center! The water pressure was non existent! The staff is friendly, but not smart! We were next to a Mexican family(s) were who were very loud and noisy!! Had a party going on watching some sports event! Staff NEVER came by to have the family turn down the noise. Would strongly recommend the Best Western behind this hotel. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! But was close to Carowinds are destination and Starbucks, Culver's and Jimmy Johns were next door.

I understand they were renovating the property but the room they provided was filthy from the baseboards to the ceiling. The shower head was about to explode and they offered 10% discount = $8.10 for the inconvenience of not being able to SHOWER!

The hotel its self is in disrepair. Pool was closed. Not the cleanest place. No coffee maker in room, microwave didn’t work in room. Security door that was supposed to be locked at night wasn’t. I don’t think I’d stay there again

When the TV has no signal at midnight, I am Out! Just wrote in my travel notes (as i travel a bunch), Mo more Clarion. Ever.
