In town for a concert. Would stay here again.

I wasn't sure if I was staying in a hotel or assisted living there were some that were there still the beginning of our stay a couple of them smoking like chimneys everyday almost all day. Then apparently someone else decided to bath their dog in the pool which needed to be cleaned not sure how they cleaned that out

Rooms where large and clean. Everything was well stocked and replaced when needed.

Pool closed half our time there. We've had better breakfasts but I did like the waffles in the shape of the State of Texas. Good location.

Absolutely wonderful

My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary for an extended stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was a great bonus, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. I also appreciated the ample parking and well-kept common areas. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service.

Your company in general is completely insensitive to circumstances guests may be experiencing, your company in general hides the facts regarding fees and then this adding adding them at the last second and your employees are rude and not well trained or held accountable for their indifference. Thieves and liars. What you expect from a major corporation. The lies, hidden charges and the entire money hungry company

Great place to stay with great space for family of four. We loved using the kitchen during our stay. Lots of outlets for chargers. Closet space, drawers, cabinets, counter space! We had low water pressure in our bathroom sink and the bathroom door would not lock. My only two complaints. Everything else was excellent!

Check in was simple. One of the elevators didn’t work for 3 days out of our 4 night stay, and the hotel was packed!! There was never an available trolly for luggage. The air conditioner worked really well in our room which was excellent, but the beds are worn out! Like extremely worn out to a point where all you can feel the springs and you just sink into them. The pocket door in our room, to the bathroom, did not close properly so it would just slowly slide open as you were showering or sitting on the toilet. Very awkward. When they asked how our stay was going I told them about the door and the beds and they said they could send maintenance out to check the door…. They never did. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but I won’t be staying there again.

Good breakfast

Hotel was newly redone but the beds weee terrible. Maybe spend another few dollars for new mattresses. It was like something you would find in an old hotel. Kind of defeats the point of remodel if beds are bad.

Very standard, neat, clean room. Breakfast was slightly odd, the lobby doubles for the breakfast room.

Clean room, hallways smelled fresh and clean, great breakfast options, several restaurants in walking distance

Everything was great! We had a tornado warning that night and everyone was concerned about where to go and the staff at the front desk told us to stay in our bathrooms, or if we wanted to we could get in the laundry area.
