the location of the hotel is easily accessible to Rte 1 & I-95, fast food & restaurants in walking distance.

Check in was smooth. Was quiet for sleeping which is important. Beds were comfortable. Furniture in living room was old and uncomfortable. Bathroom was ok (our tub faucet was very loose, on the verge of falling off), ironing board barely stood up on its own. Biggest complaint would be housekeeping. They had a sign in the bathroom that said housekeeping and towels were upon request, otherwise they would come every three days. The problem is, when you would request fresh towels or housekeeping, they would look up when you checked in and if it hadn’t been three days, they would give you a hard time about getting fresh towels and housekeeping. And when you pointed out that their sign said you could get it upon request, they acted as if you were putting them out. Finally they would acquiesce, make you return towels that were dirty to the front desk and tell you that they made a note in your reservation to housekeeping for fresh towels only to never receive them. I don’t think you should make your customers beg for fresh towels when your signage clearly states that you can get them upon request.

The phone was not plugged in to a jack. The clock radio did not work.

Room had no ac/ventilation at all and no open rooms to switch into. Blood on mattress, stains on blankets. AND, no working toilet in our room!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful overnight stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast in the morning was great.

Rooms are ok - clean enough and nice enough. Staff is AMAZING.

My stay was great. If you see my other reviews I’m the tall shower guy. The showers here are maybe 6’6”. So good for the majority. I will have this location on my list to repeat. But it is 2-3 in my list currently.

Did not stay due to the ac not working and the room having a terrible smell. Also, there are long term residence staying at this hotel. The staff was super helpful and refunded my money so I was very grateful for that.

We stopped for a one night stay on our way to the Outer Banks, the kids loved the pool, we enjoyed breakfast and my wife liked that it was a 2 room suite, the ice machine was great to restock our cooler in the morning. The mini fridge froze most of our fresh produce we were trying to bring with us, guess I should have checked the temperature setting before we put our food in there.

The suite was nice and neat. Breakfast was wonderful, filling on our way out for busy day. Staff was very friendly. The issue was it was stifling hot in room. Air conditioner wasn't working well. Maintenance came and did something to it but it didn't help. They gave us fans to use but still was very warm and humid. Hopefully, they get that fix before summer season starts. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

We were on the 4th of 5 floors. The air conditioner was not working and it was over 80 degrees in our room. The staff said they did not have any other rooms and were unable to help us. There are no windows that could be opened. Our last stay at a Comfort Inn or Suites.

Smelled of mold and damp air. Clean on the surface . Cleaners did not wipe window sill. Had dead bugs and grime . Could not stay in room as when you breathed in it felt off. Could not open door to air out as chlorine e from the poolwas very strong. .We spoke to Jessica at front desk right away . She could not move our room as they had nothing available. She understood and would give a full refund . As we went through Expedia we are waiting on our refund.

Room was loud. AC vent noise makes the room unsleepable. The curtains sofa chair are all old stained and uncomfortable. TV remote didn’t work. Door has an opening on the bottom that lets in light and noise.

Proximity to I-95. Esthetic exterior and interior design. Large and beautiful suite. Swimming pool right next to suite. Water was comfortably warm. Good TV experience. Very good breakfast, good coffee, good scrambled eggs and excellent sausage patties. Pool on the small side.

My boys didn't gwt to swim because the pool closed at 9 and we didn't arrive until after 9.
