Spark By Hilton Fredericksburg Southpoint was recently remodeled several years ago. The hotel is clean, quiet, and smells fresh. The room and beds are comfortable and the hotel is a great choice. The hotel staff is friendly and provide excellent customer service. There are several great choices of restaurants nearby. Some restaurants within walking distance. NA

Had an overnight stay and the Spark was a nice, clean, and comfortable hotel and the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Definitely will stay again when traveling the I95 corridor.

Clean and safe! I was traveling alone staying just one night. I felt very safe here. The hotel was easy to find and in a great location right off the highway. The staff was super friendly too!

The staff at Spark were very courteous. This is not a top end hotel, but it is descent place to rest your head overnight. No bugs, not gross.

Very modern, great checkin, good location. We ate at the Middle Eastern spot across the street and the Nepalese place up the road and both were awesome. We were working at Ft. AP Hill and this worked great for us.

This is the second Spark Hotel I have stayed at. In both cases the orange juice was watery . I couldn’t drink it. The coffee was very good.

Clean, nice bed, good amount of space, pet friendly Was told pet deposit was fully refundable. My dog caused no issues over our two days there. He is 100% reliable, was never left in the room alone, and caused zero mess. However at checkout my account was still charged $75. No way to add our YouTubeTv account to the in room TV. Appears only preloaded Apps were available (Netflix, HBOMax, etc) along with live TV.
