Clean room, even had a dishwasher. Decent breakfast and gym.

Had to ask twice for towels to be delivered. Something happened to key machine during check in so we were not able to get keys. Clerk got us into the room and we left shortly after that and go the keys when we returned. Internet didn't work when we got back to room. Clerk said that they had power surge or something to that effect. Not up to normal service for Hilton Honors members.

Room was clean and well equipped. The room temp was nice and cool on a hot day. The variety of items for breakfast was good too.

Location, breakfast Our reservation was for 4 people. There were only 2 pillows for the 4 of us. We were told that other patrons had gotten the pillows and they’d have to try to find us some. Eventually found 2 pillows for us. There wasn’t any linen for the pullout sleeper. Brought it to us after about 30 minutes. There weren’t enough towels for the 4 of us. Again, eventually brought them to us. The toilet stopped up the first time we flushed it. Had to ask for a plunger. The air conditioner never really cooled the room down. The shampoo ran out on the 3rd person to shower. Very disappointing.

I really appreciate Lolita at the front desk. I arrived a day late due to flight delays. I got there to find out my reservation was canceled in error by hotels.com. She did everything to get me rebooked for the night with utmost professionalism and kindness
