Good

Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property

Staff room ok I could not get comfortable in that bed

The a/c smelled like mildew. But otherwise the room was fine for a one night cheap stay. I

The breakfast yall just had 3 muffins out and some coffee.I don't think that was right because when I stay at other hotel they have choices to choose from like muffins, bagels, cereals ,fruits,juices but yall just had 3 muffins out .The location was nice . When I got there .The counter wasn't clean and I saw bugs in the bathroom and when leaving the outside trash can was over fulled and trash was all over the ground.

Location,cleanliness. Bad attitude from guy at front desk.. no working remote controls available so I couldn't watch television at all.

The location was good the front desk clerk was nice. I booked a king room and was given a double bed room. There were no trash cans in the room. There were no utensils or glasses/cups no ice bucket, no coffee machine. The stove was dirty, the sheets were stained on 1 bed There was only 1 tiny bar of soap, no shampoo conditioner body wash or lotion. Any other extended stay I've been to had all these things. Plus there were the most loud ghetto people outside the entrance. I assume they were guests the had a Bluetooth speaker playing loud explicit music all evening well I to the night they were drinking and smoking they had a cooler of drinks it was a whole block party out there. I was very uncomfortable. Would not book again. Oh and the lamps didn't work.

I did not like anything. Very ghetto, staff smoke weed and allow others to smoke right in front of the door. It has a weird odor, rooms have roaches and you may also get left puppy chow on the floor. Forget about notifying staff of anything, they are not solution driven.

I was in a room that had construction going on most of my stay the rudeness of the employees was very unacceptable the lady who checked me in was the most polite and honestly deserves a raise everyone else I encountered appalled me. The gentleman that came when I first got there unlocked my door and tried to open it, then stuck his foot in and said I was not supposed to be in this room.( said he was manager) on my day leaving I took a little extra time trying to pack by myself with my two kids after being a victim of a house Fire I was exhausted the lady (other manager)had me arrested because I was taking too long and said I was trespassing then my card was charged on the days that I was in jail thus taking the rest of the money that the American Red Cross gave me for housing so thank you extended. Stay Germantown.

The beds were fairly comfortable. That's it!! I didn't like walking into the lobby with the facility staff high, and the entire lobby smelling like marijuana was just smoked at the front desk. When I questioned them on it, they blew me off.

Room was very dirty. Hair every where. Bottom of tub cracked and peeling. Hair in towels and all over the room. Stained comforter and sheets

Had to move from 1st room the smell was horrible. The second room the bathroom was terrible. The tub was rusted and suspect. The “hotel” was more like section 8 housing.
