Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Our stay was an excellent value for the price.

Lots of noise from highway traffic.

We wanted a ground floor with a outside door, but didn't get one. Breakfast wasn't that great. None of the exit doors worked to get in. No air conditioning never got told. We paid more then what we should have.

Room was clean. However, the door needs to be looked at because it's off kilter a bit. Staff were excellent! Helped us get snow off our truck because we forgot our scraper. Breakfast was very good!

We were upgraded to Suites. Mine was ADA which I didn't ask for but really helped because I have minor agility issues The only complaint I have is that there wasn't a plug near the mirror in the bathroom or room to plug in my curling iron. Over all, it was a great experience.

Very spacious, comfortable room. Conveniently located on the west side of Gillette with easy access back to I90. Also it is only a very short drive to the historic downtown.

We did not have hot water to shower for our entire stay and they would not give us a discount or refund because we booked through Expedia. Will never stay again!

The bed is not a true queen size bed. I was told it’s a hotel queen so be ready to be cozy. They only provide 3 towels in a room that sleeps 4. When asking for replacement towels for 4, they only gave 3 towels and then said they were out. For having the pool open 6am-10pm, both mornings we used the pool they didn’t have fresh towels to use. We were told they were all out of pool towels and regular room towels . On a weekend that they hosted a bunch of soccer families and sold out, management couldn’t think ahead to do a little laundry during the night. Breakfast was ok with eggs, bacon, sausage and the full assortment of prepackaged pastries that looked 5-10 days old.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. The walls were thin and people shutting doors and talking in the halls woke me up several times during the night.
