Looking forward to hot tub after a long drive, and it (and the pool) were out of order.

Great room for the price. Clean and comfortable. There was some Interstate Highway noise (mainly Jake Brakes) at night.

Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Couch was very comfortable and perfect for reading. Kitchenette was great and spotless. Bathroom had everything we needed but fit into a very small space. Shower temperature varied from perfect to cold in short time. Breakfast was uninspired.

This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Gillette. Wish there were more of these in other places I travel to. It’s clean. The breakfast is great and it doesn’t feel like a hotel room.

Roll-in shower mixing valve was misfunctioning and easily scald someone in a wheelchair. Both staff encountered at the front desk were on their personal phones.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Facility was well kept. Everyone was friendly.

Being a dog owner travelling with dogs. Was a little disappointment to see all the dog poop not picked up from other owners. Every piece of grass we took our dogs too had poop and not cleaned up.
