The pool was closed, the carpet was gross. The shower head was broken you had to hold it to shower And bathroom floor was not ok. I showered in my flip flops. We didn’t have bedding for the pull out. The plug in by the bed was broken. We won’t stay again.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a family in town for a swim meet. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean comfortable room. At check in, there was a large group of kids having a party in the eating/lobby area that could have been under control as they were loud and sitting on the floor which made it inconvenient to check in and walk through. Breakfast was so so.

When we showed up at 9:00 p.m. for a reservation she let us know that check out time is 9:30 a.m.! No exceptions! The next morning when we call the front desk to see if we can leave our car in the parking lot while we have breakfast he said he had no idea why the woman said we had to be on my 9:30 a.m. The TV has HDMI inputs ports but the remote control they give you will not let you change to an HDMI port. So if you have a Roku stick or something similar you'll need to unplug the HDMI cord that's coming in feeding the TV channels to put your stick. Heating and air conditioning unit looks like a small air conditioner that would normally go in a window but they cut a hole in the wall and put it there. It has manual crank controls no digital no way of telling it how warm or how cold you want in the room. It's on the outside wall I just 2 feet away from the bed.

We loved our 1 night stay. Bed's were comfy and shower good. Wifi ok. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Would stay again.

Very helpful and friendly staff - especially, Shannon. Rooms was clean carpet needs to be cleaned.

Everything was great except the sheets were very wrinkled. I am sure they were clean, but smooth sheets are more inviting. Breakfast service was very good but there weren't many choices.

DO NOT STAY IF SINGLE!!!!! My key cards were turned off with no warning prior to 9am when check out is 11 am. Got locked out of building and had to walk alol the way around to the front just to also be locked out of my room with all my belongings still inside. No one at front desk but a sign to call a number to reach them, no usable phone available. My phone was LOCKED in the room that I should have still had 2 more hours in.

Hard to find at night ( sign problems ) pool out of order, desk clerk nice and did what desk clerks do.
