Nice clean hotel with a really good location.

Service was very bad. We needed bedding for the pull out couch and the front desk refused to give us a pillow. We had to call the corporate line to submit a complaint. Thankfully the corporate office was horrified that we were being denied bedding and they called the hotel to correct the issue.

Curtains in our room didn't close completely, but the staff found clips so that we could use to close the gap. There was an overall electrical problem that the hotel worked to get resolved in a timely manner. Elevators were out due to this early morning but were up and running by 10.

It was ok but the next room had there tv to load all night long

The refrigerator froze some of our food, which ended up ruining some of our fruit we brought with us. There wasn't a laundry bag for dirty clothes. There wasn't any USB ports.

They did not clean room one day and wouldn’t bring fresh towels

Breakfast fine. Location good Stop using 3rd party booking companies. I couldn't get a copy of my bill. It has to come from bookings.com. I will think twice before using a 3rd party for reservations.

close to everything but not in the congested downtown area. The price, but seemed to be higher in the area overall due to the summer tourism in Colorado.

I didnt like that I accidentally left my headphones in the room I stayed in (208) and one of the housekeepers stole them.

Good location. Rooms need updating to include usb ports. Found the beds to be very hard.

Terrible. Couldn’t check after 3. Got placed in an ADA room which wasn’t clean. Bed uncomfortable. Won’t stay again
