I was really pleased with my stay at this hotel. Our son is a new UNCG Spartan and we will have to come to campus many more times within the next 4 years - I am pretty sure this will be the hotel of choice for us when we stay over. It was affordable and super clean. The front desk staff both at check-in and check-out were very friendly. My room was spacious. The king size bed was comfy. The shower was clean and had great pressure. The tv was a smart tv so if I had wanted to stream my shows, I could have done that (comforts of home are always a perk.) I slept great! The few things that I would say were less than perfect (and this is super nit-picky ...but if I had to find an issue), I would say that the elevator is smallish (so if busy, it might have a wait); the toilet seemed lower to the ground than standard toilets; and the breakfast was mediocre (but the coffee was perfect!) Honestly, I had a great experience and I would definitely return.

The staff was polite and the property was relatively clean. My room was comfortable and clean for the most part. Except, the microwave was dirty when I opened it to warm up my morning coffee. The breakfast was subpar. There was not some type of grits, potatoes or hash browns available.

I requested adjoining rooms due to medical issues or rooms on the same floor close by each other and did not receive either request. We were placed on separate floors and stated our request was never submitted by Expedia.

Close to where I needed to be, friendly staff, breakfast provided The building is very old and shows its age , especially within the bathroom it’s old (waters sounds from other rooms/floors, toilet pressure) air quality in room with older air conditioning.

Very nice place and staff was excellent!

The setting was nice. There were plenty of choices to eat. The staff was attentive and refilled foods timely if they ran low. The eggs were rubbery.

The breakfast was substandard for a Marriott, small selection of items, I believe it was partially because there was a convention going on.

Very noisy, thin walls and very loud guests all night long

Room was comfy and hotel was booked solid for a soccer tournament. Even with that, still enough room for other families to enjoy their stay.
