Room was ok ,Breakfast was not good

Poorly maintained; Disinterested staff; Poor customer service; Atrocious breakfast

I work in Greensboro often and will not stay here again, nor recommend anybody stay there.

What I did not appreciate was the online booking prices were nearly 50% higher than the prices that I saw after I checked in. If I was behind the front desk I would have let myself know before I checked in.

The room was clean. Was a bit confused during check in as I did not realize the person sitting in the lobby was the person working the front desk, they were friendly though. Beds were clean and was good for the one night stay.

The person working the front desk was not friendly or welcoming, there were only enough towels for 2 despite our reservation being for 4 people. The hotel was not very clean: will not stay again when we are in the area.

Very clean. No frills, for sure. And the landscaping is in terrible shape. No plants, weed barrier torn, mulch missing, but the rooms and inside are very clean. Staff is very pleasant.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and quick with checkin, the breakfast was delicious, the parking was convenient and free and there is a 24hr Whataburger practicallyealking distance from the property. Will definitely keep this location among my favorites for the Greensboro area.

Breakfast was sadly lacking... but we made do.

When we arrived the outside was a little soar eye. But over all hotel seemed to be fairly clean. What my husband brought up from breakfast wasn’t very appetizing was a frozen microwave sandwich.

Very good for the price. I was worried because I had read some bad reviews but no problem with cleanliness. The room had a musty smell but once we started the air flowing that disappeared.

Check in was great, the desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was perfect for the one night we needed. The hotel was in a great location and was easy to find. Breakfast was sufficient for our morning needs. I would definitely stay here again.

There was some loud music down the hall after 10:30 that was annoying and someone upstairs was stomping and slamming doors.

Weird. Rooms were good. Guests were not. Noise and smells. Water pressure not great. They had all these paper signs taped up. Elevator had blue tarp on walls. A bit hard too find.

Room and bed were comfortable.
