Great place to rest

Staff was friendly. The hallways and elevator were not cleaned during our stay as several pieces of debris were there from arrival until departure. The breakfast was not appetizing, little options and the juice machine was broken. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable.

I would take this Hotel off Your list it’s Old still under construction and I woke up up with ants in the bed ants all over the counter ants crawling around window sills to much I spent $60 on ribs and baked beans and my bags and container filled with ants I too both bags to front desk and asked for a refund

The room was OK at first, but the shower will not work. It will not turn on hot water. We have to call maintenance and come to find out you had to put it on cold to get hot water. They did not come in to clean the rooms at all until we asked them and then there was ants all over the place. We reported that and they did nothing about it. We had to go out by our own bug spray and then when we were checking out, they tried to tell us that we still owe them $480 and we had already paid them. They said they would comp us, but they did not.

First walking up, there was a window busted out at the entrance and they put me in a room right next to the elevator couldn't sleep at all

Dirty shower, dirty air conditioner, fire alarm went off 645 am

My only complaint was there was only 1 towel in the bathroom and there was bar soap and shampoo and conditioner still in the shower from the previous guest.

Ants in the room, shower looked bad (looked like something had been smeared on it, but would not come off) and breakfast buffet. At 7:30 am, run out of eggs, juice/water dispenser not working and limited options(nobody around to refill)

I booked a room with 2 queen and beds and a sleeper sofa, when I checked in they gave me a room with 2 queen beds. They switched my room , was overbooked so I could NOT get a different room. I had to go buy an air mattress. I asked for a cot or roll away bed they had none. No refund and discount for not having the room I booked and paid for but did not receive.

It was close to stores and only 15 minutes from where we had to go for cheer comp. The pool is under construction but you are aloud to go to the suits nextdoor and swim so it wasn't to bad.

Elevators and laundry machines were not working , breakfast was terrible - orange juice and other machines were disabled and not working and food was bad

Half of the breakfast machines didn’t work and had hardly any food available, room wasn’t ready at 4:30 pm and had to wait for a different bed accommodation so we never got the bed arrangement we booked, pool was inoperable and lobby rest rooms were dirty

The location. The staff team in the front desk should be more gentle with the customer.

When we arrived one of our rooms was not ready at check in. We had to wait over an hour. They upgraded the room to a suite yet we had been driving through the early morning hours and preferred to have the room available when it was supposed to be available. There was no hairdryer available with the front desk attendant stating they got rid of them all during the renovation. The microwave in one of our rooms didn't work and the phone didn't work in the other. The worst part was the breakfast area had no food when we came down with the front desk attendant stating that food was being made and to come back. When we came back, the closed breakfast. When the attendant was questioned, she said sorry and to write a complaint. The rooms weren't cheap and I've never experienced this type of service and will not recommend.

I loved the front desk worker. She was fantastic. The room was filthy, food and dirt all over the floor. Ants in the room. Microwave didn't work. Construction going on, so no pool, no ice machine, lots of noise beginning early in the morning.

Didn’t end up checking in found out 2 hours from checking in they no longer have a pool but they have a picture showing a pool that’s why I booked it my kids look forward to that part of traveling mind u we were traveling 4 hours away and couldn’t cancel reservation since it was same day and wanted to be at a hotel with a pool especially if I’m paying a vet $100 for a night I want a pool to enjoy They advertise about a pool being there there’s pictures of a pool but when I called to see how late their pool was open they informed me they no longer have a pool

Pool was closed. We stayed here 3yrs ago and it was out of service then. Had to go next door to swim and there were no towels. When we asked for towels, we were told we needed to bring towels from our hotel over and we were never told that ahead of time. It was not stated on website about pool being closed. Bathroom shower was disgusting! Air conditioner didn’t work and room was hot. Staff was friendly but there was never anyone at the desk. Always had to stand and wait for someone. Breakfast was good though.

They are remodeling and rooms that have been remodeled did not have a ironing board, iron, blowdryer, heating and air did not work properly Not satisfied with my overall stay.
