Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus Grove City

My first time trying this property, although I stay at lest one night a week in the area. They refused to issue me a digital key. I contacted the front desk, waited two and a half hours for a response, and was denied. Then I checked in physically with an ID and credit card, still denied. The desk staff was none too friendly about it. Will not stay again.

The entire place was clean and up to date easy check. Pool was really nice

Staff members where very nice and helpful. The location is perfect because its next to the highway for going to sonic temple (about 15-20mins.) drive there. Its also next to restaurants and general stores if you need something. The room is really clean and doesn’t smell and no damage. Great breakfast as well and the price was also amazing. I’ve been to other hotels for same price and they weren’t the same feeling. Wish the tv had more channels to choose from but that’s ok.

The General Manager was wonderful. She was very patient and kind. Will definitely stay here again if im in Cokumbus.

They have an amazing staff. From the time we walked in, we were met by courteous people. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Excellent staff Complicated location

The property was clean and nice. The front desk staff experienced difficulties with our Expedia reservation and shared her challenges with us instead of remaining professional and handling the reservation. We were encouraged to book straight through the property as opposed to using Expedia in the future; however, we prefer to use Expedia.
