Great staff and property

This is a decent hotel. The issue we experienced was that our room thermostat did not work. The only employee on duty was at the front desk during a Holiday weekend. However, we figured out how to turn on the fan manually. It appears this hotel is understaffed. The staff was friendly and tried to help as much as possible.

The most gracious and courteous young man checked me in as well as out. Very impressive. A future leader.

Absolutely nothing The staff is rude and unhelpful. My reservation was cancelled because the hotel overbooked. While they did rebook me elsewhere it was at an inferior hotel 25 miles from the rest of my party staying at this hotel and I had no transportation since the other 4 people I drove with were not rebooked. They also gave away the room another in my party had booked so two people had to sleep on the floor.

Everything was great, but the bed in our room was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on.

Beautiful property, very friendly staff. Wished the website stated indoor pool was under maintenance for our teenagers and a few other things, but manager went above and beyond for solving our problems.

We had no hot water all 3 days the second day they let us into a room to shower and said it would be fixed but it wasn’t so we left early

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. They had no bar tender on staff. Breakfast was a complete disaster. It was served to us in brown paper bags. We declined.

Would definitely stay again

I checked in and was billed wrong, but was then removed from my credit account. Not sure why, but was glad it was corrected.
