Clean, comfortable,friendly and I love not having to go out for an evening meal. Their evening meal is plenty as are their morning breakfasts.

Thanks for making our trip feel like home. Anytime we’re in Columbus we prefer your hotel over any other. Very clean, rooms are updated, and the staff are all very friendly also a special shout out to the morning person that gets breakfast ready very nice and adjusted the oatmeal just for me 😃 thank you

“I absolutely loved the staff! Star was amazing, along with two other team members I spoke with whose names I unfortunately can’t remember. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed the complimentary drinks after 5 p.m., as well as the free breakfast and dinner. Everything was very clean, and the overall atmosphere made my stay enjoyable and comfortable. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would like to thank the entire staff for such a wonderful experience!”

This place earned more than 5 stars with us! The staff was just amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I really wish I would’ve written everyone’s name down because I have forgotten some. The evening food was great! The pool was very clean and warm. We don’t have a single complaint. The front desk staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in and all throughout our stay. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our room was ready exactly when it was supposed to be was a big plus for us. It was 10-15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go inside the city (Addinos Italian Bakery, Cosi, Otherworld, and German town), but without all the city traffic and noise. There was plenty of shopping and restaurants within a five minute comfortable walk (small children approved). There was also other more touristy things like mini golf, go carts, and family fun center kind of stuff within a short walk too) The hotel itself was super clean, the beds were comfy, they fed us breakfast, dinner, and gave us free drinks for kids and adults. Every single staff member we interacted with was so nice and welcoming without it feeling forced and fake. The manager on duty, the man working with the manager at the drink station during kick back, and the woman that checked us in were fantastic and super friendly. The pool and hot tub were also nice. Even with the remodeling going on, still one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to. The kids were happy, we were happy, and we will definitely be back the next time we spend the weekend in Columbus. Non slip mats in the pool bathroom would be my only improvement suggestion and only because the first night there was about an inch of water on the floor but it wasn’t a big deal lol

The location was great and the staff were really friendly & polite! The included breakfast was great!! The hotel was under construction while we were there so there were some inconveniences, but hopefully it will all be for the better once it is done. Disappointed how much more we paid for our room because of what was going on versus if we were there the weekend after or even the day after. Next time we will plan further ahead.

Amazing staff! Julie at the front desk and Brendan, the general manager, were both amazing and personable! The room was clean and spacious! Also quiet. Very kid friendly!

Pool was closed. We were there for a little getaway for spring break. Didn't say online pool closed for remodeling. We stayed there this time because our prior experience was great and we loved the pool. Exceptional

Seemed there was a little kid birthday party in the pool area with people not staying at the hotel. Which made the pool area very chaotic and loud and not enjoyable after 8 hours in the car traveling.

The staff was really friendly and they was accommodating to my mother in law with switching her room to a closer room to the elevator.

Beautiful hotel. They were doing some renovations but accommodated everyone very well. We would definitely return to stay again.
