Nice location. Nice room and amenities. It was the loudest hotel both inside and out and we didn't sleep. We even requested a quiet room. Had to wait quite a while at check in bc rooms weren't ready. Obviously understaffed per the bickering desk. One poor girl (very nice) was there day and night.

Staff needs better training on what amenities are covered or not. Upon check in, I inquired about the EV chargers were free as long as I was a paying guest there. Come to find out later that there's an additional cost. I don't mind paying out but if you say it's free then make it free. Didn't go back in your word.

I booked a king bed but the bed was tiny. Definitely not a king. The room was very tiny too. I’m usually much happier at this location.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

I thought this was right off I75 but was 8 miles off of I75. The dishwasher in the room was broken and trying to regulate the temperature with the heavy blankets were a bit of a challenge. The breakfast was okay. Not sure I would stay again.

The lady that checked me in was very nice. I just happened to mention that my wife was moving slow that day, and the receptionist automatically offered to check to see if a handicap room was available. I accepted the change of rooms, and it was very nice. It was perfect for my wife. No complaints.
