All was good accept two things . One….. my room was suppose to have a couch and did not. For staying a whole week I thought that was NOT GOOD . No two……. The coffee was horrible. To the point I bought my own coffee pot and coffee which was an extra expensive. These two things are the only reason I will not come again . As simple as it may be to you . It meant everything to me while my family member was dying to have comfort . Because of these two issues my stay was only ok

1st room fridge was not working 2nd room ac was not working 3rd room was much better but no blow dryer. Room was onky cleaned 1 time and that was because I asked the house keeper.

Clean room but did have a leaky AC. Staff is mostly friendly and welcoming especially the housekeeping. The breakfast is a great plus for this hotel in its location. Could use a dining room for supper.

It was comfortable for a night spent while travelling back to Florida. I had already driven 1600 miles in 2 days from southern California on my way back to Florida (travel nursing). Bed was super comfortable. No kleenex, no paper towel in the room, no coffee or tea as would would expect for such a property, freezer space in the mini fridge was full of ice that needed cleaning, few personal amenities, no complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby area as one would expect. I am a Marriott BonVoy timeshare property owner & am glad I did not use my precious points to pay for this stay. Booking.com price was reasonable. The staff who checked me in was apologetic, professional & very nice about the situation...she explained the very recent change in ownership.

Pool could be warmer, it was a little cold. Gym equipment works fine, but may need repairs or replacements

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself, is in a good location. No parking fee which is a plus. Bed was comfortable; however, the bathroom could use some updating.

Easy access, clean and reliable.

The pool area had green fungi/mold or whatever it was it was nasty and unpleasant. The area didn't look safe, but the room was roomy and clean. I wouldn't go back, but it was okay for a night.
